We have released 'ExCall', which allows for immediate dialing to the phone number displayed on the web screen.
■Product Details This is a system that allows for immediate dialing by clicking on the phone number field of the desired contact while viewing the company information page or phone number list page displayed using Internet Explorer (IE). Typically, when dialing while looking at the screen, it takes about 6 to 10 seconds to confirm the phone number and handle the receiver and button operations, which can lead to wasted time and costs due to misdialing. This system addresses these issues. Individuals involved in businesses that require concentrated calling often experience the stress mentioned above, but by implementing this system, they can easily, quickly, and accurately make phone calls. If you are currently displaying your CRM application or customer management application in IE, implementing this system will facilitate outbound operations without the need for customization. Currently, usage is limited to IE, but there are plans to gradually support Office products as well.
